PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS

Ingredients
1/2 cup White whole wheat flour
3 tbsp Brown sugar
2 packets Stevia (Or any other sweetener of your choice)
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/8 tsp Salt1 Egg
1/2 cup Pumpkin
2 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Vanilla
FROSTING
3 oz Fat free cream cheese
1 tbsp Lite syrup1/2 packet Stevia
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix together all the dry ingredients.
3. Add in the rest of the ingredients except for the frosting ingredients.
4. Grease a 9x9 pan and pour batter in.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool completely and in the mean time mix together all the frosting ingredients.
7. Spread the frosting over the top and enjoy!
